Anyone is welcome! But for safety we do require that any kids aged 3-6 are accompanied into the inflatables by a parent/guardian/carer. We run a safe event and we have multiple staff working throughout our event to ensure safety and good behavior.However, we do ask parents/ carers to be mindful of the potential hazards associated with allowing their smaller children into the same area with older children.
Non-slip Socks must be worn at all times on the inflatable castles. If you forget to bring a non- slip sock of your own, we have Foffy's Wonderland socks available for purchase at $2 each. There will be a 'shoe zone' to leave shoes before you enter the inflatables castles. Please keep an eye on the weather and dress appropriately. Sun protection and extra refreshments are also recommended items to pack. The inflatables might be a little wet if there has been rain, so we recommend bringing a change of clothes, especially socks.
No pets are allowed inside the inflatables, only registered service animals serving those with physical disabilities are allowed entrance into the event.
No food & drinks are allowed inside the inflatables and the amusement activities. We have our food & beverage stalls onsite, you are also welcome to bring along your own food and drinks, but please note that drinks need to have a cap.
We have no problem with you taking your own camera phone in with you. Just keep it safe and secure though as these have been known to fly out the pockets of over enthusiastic bouncers!

We have set up different inflatable castles for players of different age groups, each with its own age restrictions. Children under 6 years old and above 3 years old must be accompanied by a parent/guardian/carer.

We recommend spending 2-3 hours at the event, but you can choose the duration that feels most comfortable for you.
In cases of extreme weather, such as heavy rain or tornadoes, we will confirm one day in advance whether we will be open. If your ticket is for that day, you can choose to either get a refund or reschedule.
Of course, the parking lot is located across from the event venue. Upon arrival, you will see the parking lot signs. The parking lot has enough space for 1,500 vehicles. Parking is paid and managed by Downsview Park. The fee is $15 per vehicle (on Jun 29, Jun 30, Aug 2, Aug 3, Aug 4, the fee is $25). VIPs have a dedicated parking area closer to the park. VIP ticket holders can park in this area, but spaces are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
We highly recommend that you take good care of your personal belongings. However, if you do lose something, there is a lost&found area at the gift shop. Sure, we perform mosquito control every day, but during the summer, mosquitoes might still be present on the grass. We recommend that you also prepare for mosquito protection yourself.
We have posted safety instructions in front of each inflatable. Please read carefully before playing. Here are the general precautions to keep in mind: 1. Remove Shoes Before Entering Trampoline Area,All participants must wear trampoline socks 2. Children 3-6 years old must be accompanied by a paying parent/caregiver and hold their own ticket. 3. No Flips or Somersaults Without Supervision 4. Bounce in the Center of the Trampoline – Avoid the Edges 5. Do Not Jump Off Trampoline – Exit Carefully 6. No Roughhousing or Pushing Others on the Trampoline 7. Wait Your Turn – Avoid Jumping in Crowded Conditions 8. Report Any Malfunctions or Concerns to Staff Immediately 9. In case of emergency or injury, notify staff immediately and wait for assistance.
Very young infants on age 0-2 who will be worn or in a carrier do not require a ticket.
